Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments and intimate apparel are generally non-returnable.

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0343-0860883 and provide clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In their original condition.

  • With original tags and packaging (if applicable).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges may be requested for:

  • Size issues.

  • Product replacement (subject to availability).

The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • Free from stains, perfumes, or damage.

  • Returned in original condition.

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged after use:

  • Worn undergarments.

  • Used intimate apparel.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • A replacement item is unavailable.

  • The issue is verified by our support team.

Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer within a reasonable timeframe.
